Privacy Policy

The short version

Your portfolio never leaves your device. Incomebrook has no user accounts, so we hold no personal profiles at all.

Portfolio data

Holdings, portfolios, and settings you enter in the tracker are stored in your browser's local database (IndexedDB) on your device. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them, which is why the tracker offers JSON export for backups.

Dividend estimates and the list of tickers are published as static files, built from public SEC filings. Your browser downloads them whole and looks things up on your device, so our servers never learn which tickers you hold or search for.

Live prices are optional. If you connect your own Finnhub API key, the key is stored in your browser and your browser requests prices directly from Finnhub. The key and the tickers you hold go to Finnhub — whose terms say it logs queries — and never pass through our servers.

Analytics

We use cookieless, aggregate web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views. It does not track you across sites, does not use cookies, and does not build profiles.

Advertising

Content pages (calculators and articles) may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or similar technologies as described in Google's advertising policies, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google settings. The tracker app itself never shows ads.

Payments

Pro purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle payment details and receipts under their own privacy policy; we receive a license key and the email you choose to attach to it, used solely to validate the license.
